Day 4…done!

I think my hardest challenge may be the weekends. Both in terms of working out and eating. It is hard to think “I need to work out” after waking up. Especially since this is the first weekend I haven’t had to go into work in a month. But I did it…told my son he has to wait to watch his super hero cartoons until I’m done. And I did it.
I’m trying to find inspirational phrases/images to keep me going when I found this site on Tumblr called Reasons to be Fit.
