Day 7, one week down!

2 lbs gone!
I wasn’t think I would see a result that quickly, but that is pretty awesome.
I’m still having a hard time with carbs and snacking. But adding lots more veggies is working out well. So far, things are progressing and the Level 1 workout is getting easier to make it through. Realize that I didn’t say it was easy…because I know Level 2 is around the corner.
Added seasoned salt to my egg muffins this morning and that seems to help the blandness a bit.
