Day 15–halfway there!!!

I’m back to my 3 lbs lost, so I’m happy. So 3 lbs in 15 days…I’ll take it.
Still hard to wake up in the mornings. I keep hoping each day will get easier. I read something recently that it takes 30 days to make something a habit. I hope that happens here. 15 more days!
