Day 16–maintaining 3lb loss

I should take a picture and see if I can see any changes because this scale not budging thing is kinda annoying. It is better than gaining though!
The plank exercises are killing me. I have been trying to work myself up to the advanced level on those, but it is hard. I need to see if I’m doing the position correct–I think my arms are more forward than they should be because I feel it in my shoulders.
But I did it! Day 16, baby!
